By using the Jerome Baker Designs Authenticity & Rewards platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Photo Uploads & Storage
- Photos uploaded for piece verification may be stored in low resolution (200px maximum, 50% JPEG quality) for the purpose of improving Jerome Baker Designs authentication systems.
- Numerical fingerprint data (color averages, brightness metrics) extracted from uploaded photos will be stored to assist with future authentication accuracy.
- Full-resolution photos are processed in memory for verification and are not permanently stored.
Personal Information
- Personal information including email addresses and phone numbers is used solely for verification notifications, shop code delivery, and communication regarding your verification requests.
- Your IP address is logged with verification requests for security purposes.
- We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Shop Codes
- Shop codes generated from receipt scans are single-use and expire 24 hours after generation.
- Each valid receipt may generate one shop code. Codes cannot be regenerated once expired or used.
- Jerome Baker Designs reserves the right to invalidate codes generated from fraudulent or manipulated receipts.
Receipt Scanning
- Receipt images are analyzed using AI to detect Jerome Baker Designs products and cannabis dispensary details.
- A hash of the receipt image is stored to prevent duplicate code generation. The full receipt image is not permanently stored.
- Jerome Baker Designs is not responsible for incorrect receipt analysis results.
Piece Verification
- Verification results are provided by AI-powered analysis and should be considered advisory, not definitive.
- For definitive authentication, use the "Send for Expert Verification" feature to have a JBD expert review your piece.
- Verification does not constitute a guarantee of value, condition, or authenticity.
Modifications
- Jerome Baker Designs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
JB Provenance Database — Photos and numerical fingerprint data collected through this platform are used to continuously improve the Jerome Baker Designs authentication and provenance system. Low-resolution image data and extracted metrics contribute to machine learning models that help identify genuine JBD pieces. By using this service, you consent to this use of your uploaded content as described above. No personally identifiable information is used in model training.
